Phweeter is a new service where you sign in with your Twitter credentials, then select another Twitter user, then initiate a phone call. I honestly couldn't find a single commenter who understood the concept, so sorry to all involved, and in some ways, I apologise for posting this story. And no disrespect to Phweet. |

i don't know what any of those words means, but i suspect that this will thrive because people love saying things like i was "twittering" last night when i got a phweeter on the other line. thrive, for some reason.
I'm going to agree with you. The name is something that people would seem to like. I read this article twice, and I just don't understand what they do, but that's my fault for being old.
The short version is.... Twitter is like an instant message system that basically tells all your friends what you are doing or let everyone know something that is a part of your group.. It also kinda like a stream lines version of a my space. Basically you can tell people what sites you are at, or what TORF artical you are reading etc. Now with this phwitter, you can now call your friends via VoIP (Internet Phone)
