... with an Uzi. That's right, an 8 year old boy was firing an Uzi at a gun show and lost control of it, shot himself in the head and died. "Witnesses said the boy "was shooting the weapon down range when the force of the weapon made it travel up and back toward his head, where he suffered the injury," police said in the statement they released. He was conscious and lying on the ground at the shooting range with a wound to the right side of his head when police and emergency medical technicians arrived at the scene, police said."

Where to begin?
1) Why was there live ammo at a gun show?
2) Why was an 8 year old boy allowed at a gun show?
3) Why would parents let their 8 year old son fire a gun, and why this type of gun?
4) Why are handguns and automatic guns allowed at all?
Holy crap- the next thing you know, they'll be allowing teachers in Texas to carry handguns... oh wait.
aren't both answers right?
This is the republican base. if you vote for McCain, you are standing up and telling the world, "the people at this gun show are my peers, we stand united in the Republican party. This is my party. I am them and they are me. I belong to this party, and so do they and we are a team." If you have any last ounce of reason, you will not vote for this party.
I'd say that's a stretch, kapauldo. I don't want McCain to be president either, but let's not turn the tragic death of a young boy into a political opportunity. This gun show was not organized, sponsored, or in any way affiliated with the Republican party or John McCain.
