Is this case effectively dead? A 62 year old scientist who worked for the military and was a suspect in the Anthrax mailings has committed suicide. From the article: "WASHINGTON (Aug. 1) -- A top U.S. biodefense researcher apparently committed suicide just as the Justice Department was about to file criminal charges against him in the anthrax mailings that traumatized the nation in the weeks following the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, according to a published report." A well written comment from the comments section: "After six years of investigation, it appears one of the 14 or so people likely to be the culprit conveniently kills himself. This happens just before the election and just as the FBI says they are going to arrest him." |

Comments:
What else are they gonna do? Their last suspect just killed himself. This is such a low priority now that I think this will just fade away.
another Bush administration lie and coverup. Frightening how they get away with everything. Vincent Bugliosi will get them in the end...2009.
