"Housing that prohibits families with children—sometimes called vasectomy zoning—has become an attractive option as rising costs put increased financial strains on school districts.
The schools tax them at the same rate, so basically it's pure profit for the schools because there are no children," said Mundelein Mayor Kenneth Kessler."
