I am impressed with someone honing on a very very specific need. People DO constantly cut and past to twitter so this is a great idea. I hope it has tinyurl/snurl integration. So, while I'm not that impressed with the idea (no offense, it's just a commodity space), I'm impressed with the insight to find a specific need. Cool.
